Marshanti Performance Arabians commenced on a 3400 acre farming property at Bowenville. Located on the fertile soils of the Darling Downs in Queensland, Australia. The horse breeding and training component is run by Ian and Tanja Branson.
In April 2008 Marshanti Performance Arabians relocated to a new 120acre property at Mullumbimby in the Northern Rivers area of NSW. We are located an easy 15minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Byron Bay and less than 10 minutes to Brunswick Heads. Ian and Tanja breed and train Arabian Derivative horses with the emphasis on beautiful, sound, well mannered horses capable of being enjoyed in any ridden discipline.
Tanja Branson has been involved in the Arabian horse industry for over 20 years. During this time she has worked with many sucessful breeders of Arabian horses throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Tanja has studied with Paula Price and Anjanette Harten, both Level II EFA Instructors and more recently Maria McCallum of Ashleigh Park (EFA Level 1) and Sandra Pearson-Adams (EFA Level III) .
Ian Branson has been involved in the horse industry his whole life. He uses gentle methods to start horses under saddle and has a great interest in utilising the horses mind to its greatest capacity. Ian is well versed in training both under sadddle and in halter for the show and performance fields.
